Rockplan offers various condition reports of underground facilities, monitoring of the condition of the rock structure and proposals for maintenance or repair measures.
An overall assessment of the condition of a structure and water leaks will help to specify future monitoring measures and the required, detailed inspections for identified areas. Altering or expanding the use of existing underground facilities requires careful examination of the condition of the structures. A basic study of reinforcement structures informs about the current state of the reinforcement structures and determines the starting points for further research and monitoring.
Modeling
Rockplan’s drone photography makes it possible to view high and steep rock walls, among other things, from an accurate and safe distance. From the aerial imaging, a photogrammetric model can be created and used to view various cracks, fissures, and surface changes.
An information model can contain the entire construction lifecycle in digital form, making data use faster, easier and more accurate.
Rockplan’s information model coordinators control the combination of various models and ensure that the designs of multiple disciplines are coordinated flawlessly. They are also responsible for ensuring that communication flows between modelers and that the information model meets quality criteria.
